The redesigned charging contacts are flush with the unit, so they don’t get clogged with dirt and mud.

A new flashing LED-charging indicator lets you know when the battery is charged and ready to go.

You can mount an e-collar receiver next to the DC 40, eliminating the need for two collars on the dog.

A Collar Lock option uses a four-digit PIN number that helps prevent others with Astro receivers from tracking your dog’s whereabouts.
